If AI Wealth Systems doesn't meet your expectations within 14 days of purchase, you'll get a full refund. No interrogation. No hoops. Just email us and it's handled.
How to Request a Refund
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
1. Email jesseklein@aisystemswealth.com with your purchase email address
2. We'll process your refund within 2 business days
3. Funds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method
Fair Use
Refunds are granted in good faith for product evaluation. We reserve the right to review accounts with excessive prompt exports prior to refund requests on a case-by-case basis. This policy exists to protect against bad-faith purchases, not to penalize genuine customers.
