1. Overview
AI Wealth Systems (“we,” “our,” or “us”) sells digital products — AI specialist prompt libraries delivered via Notion. These Terms govern your purchase and use of our products. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. Product Description
AI Wealth Systems provides AI prompt libraries organized into tiered packages (Foundation, Command, Elite). Upon purchase, customers receive access to a private Notion workspace containing their purchased prompts. All products are digital — no physical goods are shipped.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Paddle. Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If AI Wealth Systems doesn't meet your expectations within 14 days of purchase, request a refund through Paddle — our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle processes all refunds as the merchant of record.
6. Intellectual Property
All prompts, frameworks, and content within AI Wealth Systems are the intellectual property of AI Wealth Systems. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from our prompts.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AI Wealth Systems for lawful business purposes only. You may not use our prompts to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
8. Limitation of Liability
AI Wealth Systems provides prompts and frameworks as tools. Results depend on your input, your business context, and how you implement the outputs. We are not liable for business decisions made using our prompts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
